Terms of Service and Expected Delivery Times:

For Originals:

Anna Burgess lives in Lima, Peru where as well as being a professional artist, she also supports Oikos Ministries. Oikos Ministries cares for the wellbeing of children and adults through educational and other Christian projects.  20% of all profits received from sales will go towards Oikos Ministries.

Original paintings are shipped from Lima, Peru unless Anna is travelling imminently and a quicker shipping route is available. Peru is prompt at shipping internationally and so typical shipping times are based on average times it takes for products to be processed in customs in the receiving country. Typically, this is between 1-3 weeks.

To avoid customs fees that the buyer would be responsible for (although if you have reached your personal yearly limit charges may apply depending on your country) and unnecessary attention from postage workers, your painting’s value will be marked at the cost of the canvas or what is deemed ‘replacement cost’ on your packaging.

Should the unthinkable happen and your painting gets lost in the mail, then after 6 weeks from receipt of shipping you will be entitled to receive a full refund or alternatively another painting of your choice at that price or a like-commission of the painting lost. Please contact me straight after the sale if you would like special insurance to be purchased for your painting at your expense.

For prints:

Please see Printful’s terms of service.

Please note that Printful is a print-on-demand service, meaning that time for delivery must also include the time needed to print the product and frame it if applicable. Printful has 5 locations worldwide and will choose the location that will print and delivery your item as quickly as possible.

Please note that due to COVID processing times have been increased and shipping is taking longer.

Please contact me if you have not received your item within 30 days:

Printful’s estimated shipping times vary depending which country you are in. Estimates will be given at checkout but are generally fulfilled:

United Kingdom - between 7-12 business days

United States - between 6-9 business days

Australia - between 3-7 business days

Europe - between 3-12 business days

Our Returns Policy:

Return Policy for Originals:

We want you to love your purchase! If, however, you are unhappy with your painting for any reason then please contact Anna Burgess within 30-days of your purchase or within 10 days of receiving your painting.

If the painting remains in its original condition then refunds can be issued on the return of the painting with the return shipping costs covered by the buyer.

All paintings are specially wrapped and packed to protect them during shipping. However, if the painting is in any way damaged on arrival then please send a description and photos of the damage to personanna@gmail.com.

Return Policy for Prints:

Prints are fulfilled by a third-party company called Printful. However, we will endeavour to help you should any problems arise and you can contact Anna Burgess for help with your order.

Printful’s Return policies:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order,  please contact Anna Burgess.

Wrong Address -  If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Unhappy with the order but it’s not damaged? - We want you to love what you have received. As a general policy we do not offer refunds for Buyer’s remorse, but if you are unhappy then please do contact Anna Burgess to see what can be done.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
